Our stay was very nice.

Liked: It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very nice. Staff that we were encountered were great. The location was perfect for attending our event. We’re likely to attend the same event annually and we’ll try to stay at GLo Best Western again.

Below average

Liked: Staff were friendly, location was nice for the wedding we were attending.
Disliked: We experienced a leak in bathroom ceiling from upper room. Moved us to a different room, which ended to being in much poorer shape than the first and said there wouldn't be any compensation. Sad because the staff were friendly and the building looks relatively brand new. I've paid far less for better quality craftsmanship.

Superb

Liked: I was just looking for a nice bed during a long road trip. This hotel was very clean and comfortable. We arrived late and it was nice to find the pool open 24 hours. Got up early and missed breakfast, but it looked the standard fare of cereals and waffles and fruits.
Disliked: This is a fine hotel and nothing to complain about

The staff are exceptional.

Liked: Staff was were exceptional, very friendly and nice people.
Disliked: Hard to get to the parking lot. Parking lot is too narrow to navigate.

Liked: Clean, modern room. Nice pool
Disliked: The electric car charger was not working. That was one of the main reasons why we booked this hotel. The shower door was leaking water and the toilet was loose from the wall. We informed the staff.

Liked: Clean, fresh, and breakfast was good.
Disliked: Shade in room was not functioning, and K-cups did not appear to be the correct ones for the coffee maker.

Good stay if solo, not...

Liked: Staff was very professional and friendly.Beds were small but comfortable.Towels and bedding were clean.
Disliked: Moved rooms due to leaking shower door, would leak onto the floors. Very dirty floors, feet would turn black if you walked barefoot.Sink drained plugged, and toilet paper holders were loose on wall.Same for both rooms, even after we moved.Pool was closed three of the four days we stayed with no reason why.
