Rooms, views, pool and food...

Liked: The views were breathtaking, very nice breakfasts. Superb lunch and dinner prepared by wonderful chefs, very professional and friendly staff. Huge room, bathroom and terrace with stunning views. Fantastic pool and pool area with plenty of sun loungers. Would definitely comeback.
Disliked: Nothing.

Wonderful views and great if...

Liked: For sure the location of the hotel is wonderful with spectactular panoramic views. The breakfast was very nice with great Italian coffee. The location is not far from the airport (20 mins by car) but I strongl recommend a car as the hotel is up a very steep hill and public transport is not convenient and taxis are very expensive. There is not much to do at the hotel's location once you are there Each room has a large balcony with woncerful views
Disliked: I think this hotel is used alot for wedding parties. On both nights that I stayed there was incredibly loud music until midnight. I have rated as a solo traveller not linked to the weddings.The rooms are very clean, but the shower was very small and rusty with mould on the inside.There is a "volcano smell" that can be a bit strong but not the fault of the hotel !

Liked: Nothing, fake people, are only concerned about money
Disliked: Earthquakes the whole night which was scary and did not let us sleep, they said it is very common there due to the Volcanos in the same place where the hotel is built. No public transportation and taxis are run by the mafia.
