Liked: Perfect location with the underground only a short 5 min walk and convenient to get into Central london, with free parking. A bit dated in its decoration, but the bed was really comfortable and Paul was really friendly and helpful

Liked: Great location, food options near the hotel, self checkin was quick and easy, staff was super helpful and the breakfast was really nice, especially the cooked options. The common area of the hotel were also inviting, and light.
Disliked: The rooms are quite small and warm as others have mentioned, as well as a bit outdated, but the bed was very comfortable, you get tea and coffee in the room and the water pressure was great so for the price a good deal.

Good location - would stay...

Liked: The location was ideal for us. Close to the station and family members. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable.
Disliked: The property itself could do with some modernization in places - broken tiles in bathroom. Some basic service such as topping up near-empty soap dispenser.
