Liked: Breakfast was very good and staff very helpful.
Disliked: I originally booked into one of the cheaper rooms with a shared bathroom. Room was right next to bathroom so quite noisy. Spoke with staff and upgraded to a more expensive room which was very nice.

Liked: The room was ready when i got there early...enabling me to change and enjoy / make the most of the day ahead.Breakfast was a bonus...lovely and filling.Location was definitely a plus... too bad it is closing, after i have only just found Glenferrie :(
Disliked: Sharing a bathroom is always problematic around timing... but it worked okay.

My first below expectations experience...

Liked: The antique colonial style building in a calm area a ferry ride away from circular quay harbor
Disliked: Lack of elevator. Soiled bath towels were kept in the room. New Carpets would have been welcoming. Dusty pillows and bedspreads.
