Liked: Breakfast was fine. Easy walking distance to Jetty Rd and beaches and Patawolunga Good walk along beachfront to Brighton 4km. Jetty to Jetty Walk around boat haven 3km.

Liked: Location is good, close to centre Glenelg; room and facilities are a bit dated but clean, mattresses are a bit soft to our liking;; shower water pressure is great but hot water could run out; limited kitchenette but on request, microwave, toaster and plates were supplied subject to availablity.

Overpriced during gather round

Liked: Ok for what we needed, albeit expensive given it is a clear 3 star model. Almost double price for gather round seems excessive. Rooms are dated, floor uneven and bed had decline at head. Close to other rooms which meant it was noisy and smoking close to rooms wasn't pleasant
