Short 2 night trip for...

Liked: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent, on the sea front and a five minute walk from shops, restaurants, cafes etc. In St Anne's square. . Plenty of parking for guests, and just a short drive into Blackpool and Lytham.We had a large room overlooking the sea which was very well furnished and decorated, and the bathroom had a great walk in shower.The food was very good in the restaurant, and we were able to get a light snack in the bar one evening which was also delicious.
Disliked: The room didn't have a fridge to keep water or other drinks cool, but we asked for a tumbler of ice from the bar which we were given with no problem. Unfortunately, the lift wasn't working throughout our stay, but the reception staff did however changed us to a first floor room without us asking when we were told about the lift as we checked in.

Fabulous family weekend away

Liked: What a lovely hotel, nice rooms , friendly staff , lovely breakfast lots of choice and the evening meal was beautiful to. We had a lovely weekend for my mums birthday thank you we would highly recommend and we will be back.
