Confortable hotel. Good value.

Liked: Lovely compact bedroom.. Clean and comfortable. Facilities used were excellent. Good value. Slight tired looking in parts, but the Reception and lounge and eating areas, inviting and pretty especially now decorated for Christmas. Lovely fireplace.

Lovely stay we keep going...

Liked: We have stayed at this hotel several time and keep coming back we love it so much. Staff are lovely and rooms are great. Nice area to sit and eat or have a drink. Very relaxing and a great location.
Disliked: Breakfast was busy due to an event and the staff seemed very busy. We asked twice for an orange juice but it never arrived. The staff probably needed a little more support as they were doing their best with a jam packed restaurant.

Very enjoyable

Liked: The room was excellent, the staff were extremely pleasant and the food was great.
Disliked: Some of the carpets in the stairways and corridors were past their prime.

Very good

Liked: Lovely friendly staff my grandaughter and i got stuck in the lift as we didnt know how to open the door.The receptionist on duty was lovely and calmed my 5yr old grandaughter down and showed her how the lift worked so that she wouldnt be afraid of using a lift in the future.The food at the hotel was really good and we enjoyed an evening meal with our son and family .
Disliked: The room was in need of some work especially in the bathroom.The silicone around the bathtaps and sink were dirty and in need of repacing.The bedding and towels however were clean and fresh and the bed was comfortable.
