Disliked: Not your fault but all plugg ins were on TV side not near night stand i had to sleep on i seater couch to use my cpap machine. While my dad slept on bed. My cord was not long enough.My back issues were miner to moderate and my dad had to hear my snoring chair looked comfortable but were stiff. Out of your control. Everything was fine. Thank you

Sleep was difficult

Liked: Everything was great for the low price. We went to Universal Studios, and it's only 15 minutes away. There was a really good coffee machine in the lobby that made chocolate lattes and hot chocolate, so it was a great morning treat to have. Our room had a very decent size mini fridge microwave, and the room was clean. The beds were comfortable..
Disliked: Only down side is that the ceilings are super thin. We heard the guests above us stomping atoung, and moving theirluggage. They must have had a kid or two because there was what sounded like jumping off the bed stomps. It was quite horrible and kept us up one noght where I had to vall the front desk and ask him to please call thm to tell them to please be mindful of their movements as they were keeping us up. They didn't stop, so I'm not sure that they called them.You can also hear everything in the hallways, so getting a decent sleep was hard. Take a sound machine or wear earbuds with music. The only way that I'll stay there again is if I stay on the 3rd floor so none is above us.

Disappointing

Disliked: The hotel did not return my deposit of 150 dollars, I am outraged, they should return my money to my account, why are the rules not followed? how can I get my money back. I checked out of the room in perfect order.
