Rude staff, I'll never stay...

Liked: The location was great, very close to freeway and a few minutes away from the upscale Glendale shopping center with lots of restaurants.
Disliked: Staff was rude and she sounded like she hated her job at the front desk. Every question was answered in a rude way and I felt it was very inconvenient that I was there as a guest. At one point I tried to use the vending machine in the lobby and it didn't work, I asked if I was doing something wrong or if it was not working, and she almost got upset about the question, and said the hotel had NOTHING to do with the vending machine. If they have a vending machine in the hotel lobby, they should at least care a little bit if their guests have issues using it. It just added to the negative experience.

Liked: Location and convenience.
Disliked: Need to train your agents to smile and greet customers. TV was not working during my stay, agent acknowledged it was an ongoing issue prior to my stay. My room was next to ice machine, impossible to sleep, was awaken several times during the night by the sound of ice dispenser and people banging on the drink dispenser. Call me for more details.

Disliked: Load on second floor. No breakfast offered….Covid is over now!

Liked: Proximity to family
Disliked: Room was dirty. Hair dryer broken, not enough pillows, no attendant in parking to make sure guests don’t park two spaces wide since we pd $15 a day. Room was never cleaned or towels chg’d the 5 days we were there. Fees weren’t listed in adv of booking. We checked out early.
