Located at the foot of Ben Nevis the long-established Glen Nevis Youth Hostel is just 3 miles from the large town of Fort William. It offers easy access to high and low-level walks mountain biking kayaking and other adventure sports. The hostel offers both private rooms and beds in shared dormitories. Each has access to shared bathroom facilities. Guests are also welcome to relax in the shared lounge area and make use of a communal kitchen. Glen Nevis Youth Hostel offers both continental and full cooked breakfast options packed lunches and evening meals. Snacks alcoholic and soft drinks are available at reception. The Ben Nevis Distillery is just 20 minutes' drive from the Glen Nevis Youth Hostel and the Clan Cameron Museum is a 10-minute drive away. The surrounding area is ideal for canyoning and quad biking. To sum up my stay,...

Liked: I was able to arrange leaving my car on the car park the night before my stay, as I was going on a long 24 hour walk. All I had to do was notify the reception when I arrived and leave my vehicle registration number with them.All of the staff were very welcoming and helpful, pointing out were all of the amenities were and what was expected from me as a guest. This was my first time staying at a youth hostel but it will not be my last. Well done to all.

Liked: Very Modern Facilities, Great location
Disliked: Tea Coffee supplies were missing. Washrooms during stay were not very maintained, although understandable for a hostel.
