Liked: Stayed on Saturday, disappointed no spa or outdoor hot tub. I appreciate that they are doing upgrades to this area but 9am on a Sunday morning we had construction workers carrying out work right below our window, talking loudly and swearing - not required but what a view, truly amazing.We viewed the garden wedding room which we were considering for our forthcoming wedding in 2027 and we were extremely disappointed. This room needs a total upgrade & looked quite poor. Wallpaper needing replaced, food on the walls and looked so dull. The view again was amazing & the gardens were beautiful but the wedding room ruins the whole experience. Need to up your game if you want to keep up with other hotels and wedding venue. Maybe my expectations are just way too high. Bedrooms need to be slightly improved, wallpaper slightly coming off, shower could have been cleaner, no Netflix or any really in room entertainment. The bed was amazing & so comfortable. Staff at reception were very friendly & accommodating. Gleddoch just needs a little more tender, love & care ❤️
