Liked: Absolutely amazing and friendly staff! So easy to chat to and helped us out in every possible way. Stunning views and the beds were super comfy! Thankyou for making our stay with you all so amazing! We have definitely recommended you to all of our Australian friends.

Fair and would probably give...

Liked: Very nice hotel and in a nice area.
Disliked: Booked and put in the notes we had a newborn baby. Nobody had warned the amount of stairs to carry pram up and down. No wheelchair accessible inside the hotel which obviously meant not pram accessible, no lifts. Had to carry the pram up 30 stairs to get to the room and 40 stairs to get up to the restaurant (also had to come back down them). Dinner was good although the steak was overcooked and the peppercorn sauce was very watery. Spa was closed until April but already knew that before booking.

Constant boiler noise in my...

Liked: The decor was okay
Disliked: Constant boiler noise in my room for the whole night and I actually had a spider in my room. I had one of the worst night ever. I also book because of the spa but on arrival I was told the spa was closed for renovations. This should have been communicated prior to booking on their website.

Exceptional

Liked: Rooms were very comfortable and all staff were very professional and friendly.
Disliked: Spa was out of order but we knew that before booking.
