Liked: Love this hotel. The food is gorgeous and the beds are soooo comfy.

absolute disappointment

Liked: Staff were very friendly.
Disliked: We stayed in room 9. outside the room there is a box on the floor with bare live wires showing. The room is very damp with a musty smell. One of the single beds was missing a wheel which we sorted. Hairs on the floor in the bathroom, rusty mirror and bath covered in stains, the pipe the shower head goes into had what looked like brown paste keeping it together. my daughter wanted a jacuzzi bath so i cleaned the bath before letting her go in and not enough hot water for a bath. Really disappointed with the TV, anytime anyone moved or someone was outside the picture had 3 thick white lines going across with a jumping picture so couldn't watch it. Teapot and cups not clean which were in the room. I wouldn't have stayed a 2nd night so was glad it was only 1 night, the pillows and beds were lumpy. the TV had a pat test sticker which said not to use after April 24 so this is a health and safety issue. Hoped the breakfast would turn things around but it didn't. dirty crockery and cutlery. cheap sausages, cold toast and out of date preserves. couldn't wait to leave and would never go back. should be given a full refund!

Liked: Location was nice and out of the city but close enough that the airport wasn't too far to drive in the morning! Loved that they packed us a take away lunch since we couldn't stay for the breakfast in the morning. Beautiful jetted bathtub in the bathroom too!!
