Overnight stay

Liked: Bar / grounds / breakfast/ staff were all lovely
Disliked: Room was slightly dated and mattress protector was covered in stains. Paper coming away from walls, stains on curtains , mould in grout in Bath, cracked tiles.

November stay

Liked: Comfy bed, warm room, friendly staff, big car park, restaurant/bar close by, sky TV in room, breakfast included, good amount of alcohol options, plenty of choice at breakfast
Disliked: Floor in room covered in hair, hair clip + tissue left by previous guest, needs redecorated, spider webs and spider between bedroom furniture
