Liked: All of the above and more. It's odd that hotels with parking garages charge to park, but the front desk staff was very informative and helped us with the process. The staff at the bar were also accommodating and kind. I had to call the day after about a charge and the desk person was also nice and helpful

Liked: Perfect location, modern and luxurious, courteous staff
Disliked: The only downside is paying for parking, but it's common and it's not expensive compared to other hotels we've stayed at - so it isn't really too big of a downside!

Beautiful, modern, downtown

Liked: The hotel was very beautiful and modern. It was clean. It was close to everything. Wonderful shower!
Disliked: My dad’s room didn’t have a chair (other than the bench). They gave him an office chair when he asked about it. There were some issues with our rooms each day. With my dad’s room it was the thermostat. My toilet started running. My room was across the alley from a parking garage so I had to keep my shades down.

Fun, foodie, and high end.

Liked: Great rooms, perfect location, amazing restaurant and bar attached. Rooms were modern and fun! Great shower too!
Disliked: Barn door (sliding door that doesn’t latch) on a bathroom is not ideal. We managed but you could pretty much hear everything going on in there.
