Liked: Breakfast.
Disliked: My shower was not working - reported 7am and told it would be fixed. It wasn’t; reported again at 10am; no alternative offered.

Couldn't find anything to fault our stay. Staff were excellent and very helpful.

Liked: A very enjoyable experience.
Disliked: No negative feedback.

Relaxing hotel with great staff.

Liked: Staff couldn't do enough to help, particularly at breakfast and at the bar.
Disliked: Bathroom could do with an upgrade. Shower a bit awkward over bath.

Disliked: the bed was the very uncomfortable. It was noisy at night time and the shower was very dated with bad water pressure.

Disliked: Trying to get my deposit back was a nightmare made to feel I making a fuss over nothing, thankfully my bank resolved the issue. Room hadn’t been cleaned properly on arrival.

Liked: We LOVED that the aircon in the room worked, hotel rooms are usually way too hot for us! location is good for us. Hotel is very clean with gpod facilities.
Disliked: Im not a fan of lifts and to get to the stairs you have to exit the building and re-enter via the leisure club. We were on the 7th floor so would ask for a lower room next time!
