Disliked: My shower was not working - reported 7am and told it would be fixed. It wasn’t; reported again at 10am; no alternative offered.

Couldn't find anything to fault our stay. Staff were excellent and very helpful.

Liked: Liked the space. Friendly reception staff, Iranian woman was very professional and personable.Disliked the 4 flights down and one flight up of stairs to the pool.Disliked the bar food. Cauliflower pieces, not fresh, over cooked, and tasted if fish oil.

Liked: Rooms were spotless clean - great views from the 10th floor - breakfast was busy, a short queue for tables, but worth it as the food and options were incredible. Staff through out the building very friendly
Disliked: Meal in restaurant was basic Rib eye steak was good, chips were bland (frozen chips) and pepper sauce was too watery (yet had good taste to it)Fish and chips was very basic with little taste/flavoursStaff were very good yet again though.

Liked: The leisure facilities were excellent.
Disliked: The loud music, the frozen dessert, which should have been hot!! Getting into bed, which was most uncomfortable due to an illfitting bed warmer, so we stripped the bed, removed it and then much better. Not what you want to do at 11.45 pm! Having to see housekeeping immediately for more toilet paper and the loo taking 20 minutes to refill. On enquiring apparently it needed a sharp push on the handle to improve the flush. How were we to know! The toilet door was a very tight fit. We would have saved a lot of money by staying elsewhere!! I will be writing to the CEO! Parking charge is an insult.

Lovely overnight experience

Liked: An excellent stay. Staff were all very nice. We were able to check in earlier as our room was ready and received a complimentary drink for my friends birthday. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Nice to come back from a concert and sit in the bar with a guitarist playing. Breakfast was lovely with an excellent choice. Was made to feel very welcomed and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
