My stay was great beside...

Liked: The location is what I look for. I like everything in walking distance.
Disliked: That the pool wasn't open.

Very good

Liked: Suite was very large. Granddaughter loved the fish decor. Located in proximity of most attractions.
Disliked: Breakfast stopped serving at 10am, not feasible for relaxed travelers. No elevator. Room service did not meet standards - No bed making, no changing of towels. We even left nice tip but didn't receive expected service in return.

Disappointing , Stayed 2 nights...

Liked: Location and bar / restaurant .
Disliked: Pool didn’t work ,whirlpool didn’t work , was not made aware of that at booking or checkin ….check in was horrible .. due to the fact they couldn’t get their credit card machine working properly. Was over a 45 min wait to get into a room . … told I would be given like a 20 dollar discount .sad , very disappointing …
