Disliked: The room was quite small for a multiple day stay for work - no desk - and no coffee machine inside the room, having to go to the shared coffee machine requires getting ready first. Aside from that wonderful

Disappointing Experience due to no...

Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful
Disliked: Our room was VERY cold due to the thermostat not holding the temperature. End of November and our room was only 15 degrees celcius. Staff tried to fix it but it didn’t work. We paid a total of $300 for our room and I feel we should have been compensated with a partial refund if our stay.
