Nice little rustic cabins

Liked: Fully equipped rustic cabins with plenty of comfy beds for a familly of 6, close to a lot of facilities (ski slopes, pool, tennis court, etc.)
Disliked: Our trip was during the Holidays season so all the community area was close.

Liked: The staff was very cooperative and nice. Overall environment was excellent.

Simple rooms, arrogant staff, noisy...

Liked: The room was simple, but it did its job. The woman, while I was checking out, was friendly. The breakfast was ok, but cold. There was a shared kitchen where I could cook my own food. Equipment was limited though.
Disliked: Check in was a bit difficult when they insisted that I had no reservation and then that I should pay. Which I had done both in advance. The rooms aren't soundproof so all the noise can be heard. I lost my earplugs and couldn’t find them after a thorough search, and I was staying alone in the room. After a few days the earplugs appeared on the table where they were not earlier. Nobody found it by cleaning since the floor was dirty, so somebody was going through my belongings.There are no lockers available, so I thought that this could be reasonably talked through and asked if the staff could leave my belongins alone, but the staff intentionally made it a conflict. The staff member was aggressive, disrespectful, kept lying about their services and what happens (the truth changes depending on who you ask), attacked arguments I never said and shamed me how nobody wants to clean there now because of my accusations. And threatened that I should get out of the hostel if I didn’t find them reliable. Without a refund. She also tried to sell me more expensive rooms claiming that the staff don’t have access there...Starts to make sense if causing inconveniences is profitable to them, but this behavior is just low.I stayed in the same room since I had payed. Leaving earlier or paying more would have left me with a feeling of being cheated.

Great stay

Liked: Warm and cosy cottage! Very good for the purpose of my visit. Made full use of the kitchen. Lovely breakfast and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful!
