Liked: location is great , breakfast is good
Disliked: rooms are a bit small

Good

Liked: We had a room on ground level - it was quite spacious, clean and modern. Receptionists have been helpful with all our requests. The location is outstanding - as it is allows to walk everywhere in the city within reasonable distance.
Disliked: The breakfast buffet is a bit short - but okay. You can have additional eggs and maybe more, but you have to actively approach the staff and ask about it. One day this was no problem, the next it was not possible - a bit strange if you ask me.Further, the restaurant belonging to the hotel was a bad experience: While it looks very nice on the outside, it was loud from the bad accoustics and staff was very unpleasant when we ate inside. The food was also below average I would argue.

Great hotel centrally located.

Liked: Loved the easy in chech in and out process. They also provided us with map to get around. Location was perfect. They even went above and beyond and provided us with slippers.
Disliked: Wish they had an elevator but I know that is not common Europe.

Superb

Fantastic property with great location

Liked: My family loved this stay and its proximity to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. There were a lot of amazing restaurants nearby and we felt safe the entire time.
Disliked: There was a bit of a mix up with our transport from the airport but it was handled relatively quickly.

It was good. Quite pricey...

Liked: good location.
Disliked: the lift is narrow. Near street, a little noisy

Lovely stay in the heart...

Liked: The location is amazing right in the heart of the city very convenient to walk to key tourist spots and restaurants. The room was spacious and bathroom was good size as well. The breakfast had some good options and staff was friendly. Overall great stay.
Disliked: We were placed in a room on the ground floor and could hear all the traffic outside as well as people entering and exiting the hotel which was frustrating at times. Otherwise no complaints
