Good

Liked: Stunning room, luxury amenities with very helpful staff. The spa treatments were great, really recommend.
Disliked: Would expect the price of the stay to include breakfast, especially since the hotel is not near any other restaurants.

It was ok. It could...

Liked: Its location and the whole set up is lovely. Spa facilities and food at source. Employees at spa facilities were very good and spa was great. Dinner at source was exceptional.
Disliked: I felt the hospitality was overall lacking in the property in quite a few places. First was at the reception. Everybody is very rushed and quality of 5 star definitely lacking. Second was at food service few individuals were notably grumpy. I don’t expect people to be always very pleasant but talking nicely should not take a million dollar 🙂. It just destroys the whole experience you are trying to achieve

Satisfactory but no more.

Liked: Scenary, food and some staff were most helpful and some were curt and helpful.
Disliked: Problem with the new TV’s, staff were helpful. Turn down service arrived at 8.45pm, which was too late on our last evening. Eventually went downstairs to gain water and milk. Asked for english mustard at breakfast Was brought American mustard and told “ that’s all there is ! Cleanliness of the room was average.
