Satisfactory but no more.

Liked: Scenary, food and some staff were most helpful and some were curt and helpful.
Disliked: Problem with the new TV’s, staff were helpful. Turn down service arrived at 8.45pm, which was too late on our last evening. Eventually went downstairs to gain water and milk. Asked for english mustard at breakfast Was brought American mustard and told “ that’s all there is ! Cleanliness of the room was average.

Exceptional

Lovely relaxing stay

Liked: We really enjoyed our meal in gilpin spice, the comfortable room and the roll top bath . The staff were lovely and friendly throughout and it was very helpful having an ev charge point.
Disliked: The price to add in breakfast and price to access the spa for hot tub / steam room use only , we felt it was overpriced and so didn’t use them . There was also a slightly unpleasant smell outside at front reception . Other than this we had a lovely stay and I’m sorry to bring in any negatives.

Excellent beyond expectations

Liked: The staff are nice and friendly. The room and the hot tub are clean. The cute animals as a do not disturb sign is a real sparkle point. The lobster in the Michelin starred restaurant Source is amazing.
Disliked: A bit far away from center so if you are not traveling by car then it will be a bit inconvenient.
