I prefer to stay in a small hotel like Gild Hall. The ambiance is charming, the bar comfortable and the servers very friendly.

Liked: My room was most comfortable and immaculate.
Disliked: When I asked about morning coffee, a coffee maker was brought to my room.

Liked: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gild Hall, and look forward to our next visit. Every one of the staff was magnificent, we had many interactions, whether help with the free fancy coffee machine, finding and mailing an important letter that I had left in the room. Incredible professionalism, natural humor and genuine welcome - the list goes on and this is our new 'go to' when in NY. Appreciated the lower floor fabulous rooms with tall ceilings and comfy lounge chair.
