Nov weekend

Liked: The room was finished to a very high standard. The restaurant certainly looked nice although we didn't use it.
Disliked: Was disappointed that the sink in the bathroom had a crack right across it, such a shame as this impacted our overall rating of a property that is finished to such a high standard

Great location and a lovely...

Liked: Lovely location and really comfy beds with very good facilities
Disliked: The rooms were quite warm and the windows only opened a short way but this is a minor detail

Lovely!

Liked: Lovely room, very comfy bed and the bath was great. Really liked the two different coffee options too, Nespresso machine and a caffatiere! Staff were super friendly and helpful :-)
Disliked: Some croissants or pastries would be a nice addition to breakfast

Exceptional

Liked: Great location, clean and well appointed rooms and super comfortable bed. Rooms really done well with attention to detail. We would happily stay again.
Disliked: Since it’s not a “hotel” there it can sometimes be hard to find someone to help if it’s late at night or in the morning before 9AM but we knew this going into it. Look at it like a hybrid between a hotel and an Air BnB.

Overpriced, nice room but no...

Liked: Room was great, comfortable, well decorated. Location was handy for Windsor.
Disliked: Breakfast poor, basically left to your own devices with a room to fumble around and try to find what is there. I had a bit of cereal and left. Shame, breakfast used to be great here when it was provided in the restaurant. No one to check out, just dump your keys and go. For £184 a night not good enough.

Stunning accommodation with a gorgeous...

Liked: THE most beautiful room we have ever stayed in. Tastefully decorated, comfortable bed, lots of light and all the creature comforts of home...including an iron and ironing table outside our door! Emma couldn't have been more helpful in ensuring our stay was wonderful. She can also make a fabulous cocktail and dinner at the restaurant was gorgeous. Thanx for having us.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing.

Perfect location and lovely hotel....

Liked: Really good location with free parking which is 5 minutes walk away from the hotel. Staff very friendly, bed was very comfy and room decent size. Coffee/tea facilities in room were good. Continental breakfast supplied was a perfect way to start the day and yummy. Literally less than 5 minutes walk to the River Thames and 10 minutes walk to the centre. Would definitely return here if we visited again.
Disliked: Not the hotels fault but a party being held at a venue at the back of the hotel was quite loud till early hours in the morning (4am) which I can only describe as a man acting out as a cow (very random). However it would not sway my judgement on returning but maybe something hotel owners should pick up with rear residents over noise curfews. Hopefully this was a one off occasion for you.
