Liked: The hotel location and staff was great! We were able to walk almost anywhere we wanted to go, and it was close to the train station for places further. We requested a handicap accessible room for my 90 year old mother and it was ready when we arrived.
Disliked: The shower was small and needed new fixtures. Also, there was alot of road noise.

Liked: It was one of the last option in the city, so overall acceptable when no other options.
Disliked: Very old and "tired" hotel. Quite dirty. But "tired" is a best word explaining almost everything there

Liked: The location was great, the room was a good size, and the front desk was very helpful.
Disliked: There were a bunch of dead bugs in the room, particularly on the curtains.

Liked: Everything was extremely nice, excellent attention from Veronica. Very sweet.

Liked: Close to train station. Staff on site 24 hours a day.
Disliked: Description says valet parking if I remember correctly. There are only 4 parking spots. We had to go to a parking garage and pay $40/day.

Liked: Location is very central and 2mns walk from Termini station.
Disliked: Room was a bit tatty, shower curtain yellow and needs replacement. Also noisy air vent from the AC ducting.
