Liked: The location is really really good, it’s right on the Piazza Navona in a quiet street. The rooms are big and nice, the bathroom is clean and very beautiful. I enjoyed my stay there very much and in terms of value for money it’s really really good. Mizan and all of the staff were perfect, thank you.
Disliked: One night the water in the shower was cold. I told the staff about this problem the next morning, they brought a maintenance guy and fixed it right away.

Liked: Absolutely perfect location. Right in the heart of everything. New, clean room with comfy bed. Staff were wonderful, and so accommodating to us. They had no problem keeping our luggage after checkout as we had a late flight. Would definitely return.
Disliked: Nothing

5 stars without the 5...

Liked: The gentleman at the front desk greeted us upon our arrival and was very welcoming. He provided exceptional service and catered to our needs. The location was central, everything in walking distance. The AC was nice and cold. They had an elevator which was easy for us to bring our luggage to the room. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of variety.
Disliked: It was our first stop during our stay in Italy. A note to others is to download the freenow Taxi app which has service to the hotel door. Our fault, we decided to take public transportation in with luggage from the airport, the roads to the hotel aren't the best to walk with large pieces of luggage.
