Liked: We had an amazing stay at Gibbston House. Mary is an amazing host and she really became a friend by the time we left! Her house is impeccably clean, rooms are quiet and comfortable, beautiful design all around. Breakfasts were delicious and next to that, Mary invites her guests every evening to a wine social. We spent beautiful evenings together with her guests, made friends and had meaningful conversations. We plan to return!

Liked: A beautiful location walking distance to a number of wineries but what made it most special was Mary and Terry’s hospitality. A highlight was talking them over evening wine and cheese.

Liked: The loveliest hosts who were only two happy to give us advice and delicious cheese and wine. The breakfast was also incredible. The room was spotless and very spacious. Mary and Terry were just so lovely , it was our favourite place we stayed in New Zealand.
