Great

Liked: Beautiful hotel in a beautiful area very friendly staff, I paid for a single room with breakfast and I thought the price was a bargain
Disliked: Rooms could do with a revamp but they were very clean, had all the essentials and views for days!

Excellent - would highly recommend...

Liked: Spacious room, big bed, quiet location, very pleasant staff, good food, great atmosphere - almost like a French country hotel, stunning surrounding countryside.
Disliked: Room was quite dark - not enough lighting and large hedge in front of window, some pictures on the walls would have been good, bath just a bit too small

Quiet oasis not far off...

Liked: Lovely quiet, old fashioned charm ideal for a complete getaway-the view of surrounding countryside great. I couldn't get wifi connection in the area which was fabulous. Staff very attentive-breakfast lovely choice and beautifully cooked.
Disliked: Bed was a bit too soft and would have liked longer stay rather than the overnight

Disappointed

Liked: Location, outside views
Disliked: I paid £160 for bed an breakfast. The rooms were not as advertised. I was provided a room that had to levels with a bedroom upstairs. The decor did not match what was advertised. It was like walking into a retirement home. The furnishings were from the 1920s at best. I actually refused to stay the night and left around 7pm after I had eaten in the bar. Very Very disappointed that I could not stay.
