Liked: Friendly staff, and a nice shower.
Disliked: Smell of toilets in communal areas, stains on the bedding and random hair within the bed , very dated, repairs not been carried out (water leaks in the ceiling and wallpaper coming away from the wall, mould in the bathroom, faulty and exposed wires in the hairdryer, only one curtain so only went half way across, jacuzzi bath not working been infilled with blanks)No bath robes as advertised.Garden furniture in the lounge of the suite.Evening meal is not great value for money - Very poor.Needs a revamp completely like being in the 90s and not moved forward - even in the dining room and through out.Spoke to management with the issues we experienced and was told" that is why you pay the price you did, we know we need a refurb"No excuses for sub standard food and facilities - if this is their excuse they should let you know that they are currently not up-to-standard, and that is what you are paying for!

Disliked: The fact that prices do not include vat so a whopping 20% will be on the bill. A bit old fashioned but then the gibbon is
