Good facilities. Very helpful staff....
Liked: Breakfast was good and the staff in the hotel were very helpful and very friendly. They went out of their way to help out. Excellent staff. The rooms were very clean.
Disliked: Maybe lifts in the hotel would have been useful.

Very clean hotel room, lovely...
Liked: The beds were very comfortable, the bedlinen and towels were fresh and hardly used. The room was very clean, the fittings of good quality. The bathroom was exceptionally clean, and the shower was a very nice surprise with the very innovative water control deserving a special mention here.For breakfast there was a very nice selection to choose from, and the staff was always very friendly and helpful.We will certainly recommend this hotel to others visiting Kiel. We found the room rate more than reasonable when compared to what was offered.
Disliked: We have no complaints.
