Exceptional
Liked: Very, very friendly and helpful staff, reception/bar open 24 hours, excellent breakfast and wonderful winter garden to breakfast in, comfortable and clean rooms. It is like coming home.

Good location with free parking
Liked: Good location with free parking. Reception was friendly and efficient
Disliked: No elevator. Drinking water supplied only one day (arrival day)

Liked: It was clean and the staff was nice and helpful.
Disliked: There wasn't any bag in the trashcans. The fridge didn't have any shelves and didn't look particularly clean. It was very far from the city centre and the room was small and full of stuff.

Disliked: There is no elevator in the hotel, which is an inconvenience with luggage and old people.

Good facilities. Very helpful staff....
Liked: Breakfast was good and the staff in the hotel were very helpful and very friendly. They went out of their way to help out. Excellent staff. The rooms were very clean.
Disliked: Maybe lifts in the hotel would have been useful.
