Georgian Terrace Hotel, Atlanta

The hotel is absolutely beautiful inside and out. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The downstairs bar is so much fun - great bar staff and delicious cocktails! Not to mention it is right across the street from the Fox Theater. Walking distance to some cool bars and restaurants as well. Would not stay anywhere else in Atlanta.

Great room for the price. Very clean. Kitchen and washer dryer are very outdated but functional. In a good location. Would recommend and stay again.

Disliked: The place is rundown and nasty! Had to change rooms, internet not working, floors, rugs, and furniture were dirty. Walls and doors were very beat up. Shower has mold. The place was dirty.

Liked: Proximity, history, nice staff, just a cool property
Disliked: Rooms are dated and not super clean. My bed sheets were on inside out. Small but silly thing to overlook for such a nice hotel. I was cold in the night and wished there was an extra blanket in the closet.

Superb

Liked: Perfect location for our visit to "the big city" for a show at The Fox Theater. I am disabled and being able to "cross the street" to The Fox made life so much simpler. All staff members were smiling faces ready to assist.
Disliked: Tried calling the "concierge" using button on room phone never connected me to a person; message always (4x) always said "we've stepped away".
