Superb

Liked: Location is very good, close to Victoria station, staff was very friendly, room was clean and was cleaned-up daily. Room, although small, was comfortable and lovely.
Disliked: Bathroom door is like a door to wardrobe and one door is not closing fully evenly and no lock inside. TV has many channels that does not show anything, which means going through many empty ones to find something to watch. Having said that, these were little things that did not disturb us much, overall a good price for value.

Disliked: The sound insulation is bad, I can hear people walking on the upper floor.

Liked: Breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Receptionist when we arrived seemed disinterested. Room was too hot, small and noisy. Cleaners shouting at 7am outside our room woke us up. Bed was very small. Room was a little shabby and disappointing when compared to the others on the website. Felt we would have had a better night's sleep in a Premier Inn.

Really lovely room

Liked: Loved the room and the beautiful bath in the room was a wonderful touch. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Bed was fabulous. The only thing I would have preferred would be bottled water as we were left only tap water in the room which is literally un-drinkable. And the tea options were only black tea but we drink herbals. Other than that everything was excellent.

Liked: The property was very clean, close to the Victoria line and the stuff were very friendly.
Disliked: The breakfast was very basic and there were wayyyyyy too many stairs up and down every day!
