Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely freshly cooked breakfast.
Disliked: Room was very dusty and had cobwebs. The bed had a mattress on top of another mattress which was very uncomfortable and felt unsafe! The toilet seat was broken as was the toilet roll holder.

Liked: Curtains hanging off rail, double glazing stuck, so lots of traffic noise, a kettle but sign saying don't drink the water, tv really dim so basically unwatchable. Stained settee.

Disliked: The room was very dirty loads of hairs in the sink in the toilet. The bedroom were dirty dust everywhere still sugar left from the previous person that stayed there on the side. The room smelt and the bedding was well worn with stains on.

Perfect base for my hospital...

Liked: Location is perfect for location to hospital.The staff are brilliant and food is great, my husband had fish and chips they were huge.
Disliked: Cleanliness could be a bit better but it is a grade 2 listed building so limited for what can be updated.

An old building that could...

Liked: Ideal location and very dog friendly. The bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: The room was cold despite being moved (prior to us arriving our room was moved to a warmer one) and having a heater. The water was also only just warm enough to have a shower.
