Liked: Great location - walking distance to the MCG, public transport and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful..

Liked: Breakfast was good, bed was good, room was alright, bathroom good.
Disliked: Felt staff dismissing WiFi problems when I brought up the issues with it, as it would connect for 2 minutes then it would not let you connect at all due to its very weak signal and TV didn't work either. WiFi was terrible can't advertise free WiFi when it doesn't even work.

Liked: Charming, quaint property in a very central location, particularly convenient to watch the match at MCG
Disliked: Wifi at the room was very poor. No phone to contact anyone to complain about the wifi issue. Breakfast could also have a couple of more options like scrambled egg.

Old but sufficient

Liked: Staff were amazing, ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. The building was obviously old & although could do with some maintenance, the rooms were comfortable, clean and adequate for our needs - the location was brilliant.
Disliked: The squeaky floor boards & to be honest some of the other guests.

Totally unacceptable

Liked: This property should not be listed in your website
Disliked: When we arrived there was a woman sitting outside spaced out on drugs. At 10.00pm a man in the room next door started shouting, banging the walls and making threats. My kids were so scared we had to pack up and leave. I had to find and pay for another hotel to stay in.
