Liked: The pool was nice, but there was hair in the pool and on the pool deck.
Disliked: The receptionist at check in was not very friendly (Jan 4th) and was unable to accomodate an early check in. The beds and the pillows were not very comfortable. There were chunks of paint missing from a wall in our room. The bathroom vanity was dated and there were cracks in the silicone around the wall/ sink.

Liked: Nice hotel near Blue mountain. Large rooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The hotel has a small indoor pool.
Disliked: A room for 4 people was booked. The bedroom had a large comfortable double bed. The living room had a sofa bed, which was impossible to sleep on. The sofa bed and mattress were in such a terrible condition that people had to sleep on the floor. In addition, the very old air conditioner in the bedroom was humming like a steam locomotive, and cold air was blowing into the living room.
