Liked: Breakfast at Gustav was excellent.
Disliked: Disappointed there was no room service and no elevator service to room 206. Also, there was no Bell person to help with luggage until I asked for help. Was not expecting to have to deal with luggage and stairs.

Liked: The pools were wonderful especially the outdoor pool. Room was very nice.
Disliked: First room was a King Size overlooking the roof, window was frosted so unable to see out, no view, very disappointing. Asked reception if there was another room available. She was very accommodating and found a 2 queen bed room overlooking the pool. This was so much better. Thank you for being so helpful.
