Very disappointed this time!

Liked: Stayed 2 nights. Had to change the room. One had the windows blocked, vould not open or see through them and diring the night there was a noise coming from an outside equipment. Second room had the heating equipment making a strong noise. Thus we could not sleep well in any if the 2 nights.In the rooms you only have plastic cups - cheap. The food in the hotel restaurant it is expensive and not good. I ordered octopus snd vould not eat it. Had a strange texture.Very disappointed this time by this hotel.

Liked: Check-in experience was awful - Janice at the front desk could use some customer service training. They refuse to check you in if you arrive early even after I acknowledged the room wasn’t ready until later. Instead of just stating they have a policy where they won’t check you in early for any reason, she said my room “wasn’t ready”. First weekend of April they apparently had a completely sold out hotel according to her, on a random Friday night, and not one single room was ready despite checkout was completed over 2 hours prior. But fittingly, they have rooms to check in at 1pm IF WE PAID EXTRA. What a joke, and especially for a such a basic no frills hotel. Never experienced this at any hotel around the world. Pillows are hard blocks, the rooms are beyond basic (bucket for ice, but no glassware??). Zero sound proofing between rooms. There was a very loud group that came back early morning who were essentially screaming in the room beside us and the patio outside, after calling at 2am it took over 30 minutes until we heard the hotel call them or do anything about it (yes, you can hear noise as little as the phone ring through the walls). We have stayed here for proximity to the Spa but it is not even remotely worth it. I also received about 8 texts plus 4 emails from them in less than 24 hours which is beyond excessive.
