Lovely place and George is...

Liked: Good location, walking distance to the track. Beautiful view outside of window, lovely house and yard.Got everything you need, the free range eggs are so delish, so much better than the ones from the shop.
Disliked: nothing, all is good

Altogether our stay was enjoyable.

Liked: With breakfast there was plenty of selection and more. Also home grown eggs which we didn't realize we could use. However, George said we could take eggs with us which was generous.Setting was excellent with views to Mt Taranaki.
Disliked: There was no plug for the vanity. George put one in the bathroom but was not compatible with the sink. Upside down it sort of worked. Also in bathroom light was inadequate over the vanity.Our fault but distance from CBD was way too far to get an evening meal.
