Lovely Hotel

Liked: The room was nice and cosy. It also had hot chocolate!? This has genuinely got to be one of the only hotels I've been to to actually have that! Which was great because that's the only hot drink that I drink. Also had room service. The food was really nice! (We ordered the pizza's
Disliked: I wasn't a fan of the fact that I had to pay £50 Deposit per night on arrival. Also, the fact that you have to pay £15 per hour to extend your leaving time. Found that to be a bit extortionate.

Liked: The waitress asked if we would like a drink which was good as on our previous visit we had to get our own and we both have disabilities
Disliked: the bedroom was too far away from a lift and the spa lift opposite the bedroom was out of order

Very good hotel close to...

Liked: Good location. Very clean hotel and rooms. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The only thing I could fault was the spa was very busy we did have a wait to get in but the lady didn’t us in. When we went in you had to wait for the warm beds as people were sleeping on them. Also the outdoor jacuzzi we didn’t manage to get in as it was full the whole time we were in there.
