Do not recommend. Hotel is...

Liked: The location was good. Right on Seneca Lake and close to the wine trail.
Disliked: Arrived a day late due to flight delays. Andrew never responded and ignored my request to refund the night.The staff at the resort needs a lesson in customer service. They acted as if they were being bothered. Tried to enjoy a nice dinner our final night and was ignored by Jeffrey in the on-site restaurant. We dined for over two hours. Food was served raw and had to be sent back to the kitchen. They did comp a dessert but never apologized for their lack of poor service.

Very nice beautiful place.

Liked: Did not have breakfast at the facility. Restaurant was excellent. Grounds were beautiful.
Disliked: No elevator. Stairswere difficult.

Disliked: Lack of elevators. A/C was too loud. Outlets too few. Furniture lacking comfort.
