My sons' room key didn't work, so they were upgraded to a beautiful suite on the floor above us. Excellent service, and you can bring your dog!

Absolutely disgusting

Liked: Staff is super sweet!
Disliked: The room was absolutely NOT worth what we paid. The honeymoon suit is disgusting. The bed is rock hard, the pillows are the same. The blinds over the hot tub are filthy. The faucet and control knobs for the hot tub are barely attached. The carpets are disgusting and grimy feeling your feet will be black. We will be trying a different hotel next time.

Disliked: Furnishings are so dated they look like they were acquired at a flea market or garage sale. Bathroom was microscopic and in need of a full refurbishment. Sent pictures to my adult kids and they wanted to know if the place was haunted.
