My sons' room key didn't work, so they were upgraded to a beautiful suite on the floor above us. Excellent service, and you can bring your dog!

Best hotel experience I've ever...

Liked: The hotel was right next to the community arts center where we were seeing the symphony orchestra. The staff at the front desk and the restaurant were just the best people ever. Thanks to Kyle and Courtney for their friendliness and wonderful personalities.Cannot remember names of restaurant staff but want to say they did such a wonderful job on a busy night.Breakfast in the restaurant was beyond expectations, sooo very delicious! Thanks to everyone for making our stay a magical evening. Looking forward to many repeat stays.

Liked: The breakfast was amazing! The hotel itself was amazing, the history, etc. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful as well. The woman at the desk held my dog, Rooster, for me while I grabbed to go breakfast quick. She was so nice. The woman at breakfast was also so nice and helpful. If you get a chance to look at all the pictures and explore a little, it's too cool. The bed was comfortable and the old plumbing in the bathroom was cool! I will definitely stay again if I get a chance.
Disliked: There was a beer bottle cap and bandaid wrapper on the floor in the room when I got there. Granted they were under the bed/behind the nightstand... but still. The TV also didn't work, it just showed "no signal" but there was also a terrible snowstorm, so I can't really complain. There was also an ice cream container left near the elevator, which was quite odd.

Liked: Everything!! Super clean, staff was very friendly, the historic aspect of the hotel gave it a lot of character and the complementary breakfast buffet was amazing!! And great location, right across the street from great pubs & restaurants.
Disliked: Only stayed 1 night
