Liked: there is really nothing to complain.i mean, we are talking about a hostel, and central, and for that price and it is really alright.friendly stuff, clean, good bedi needed that, i got that
Disliked: nothing with cash all card, room, coffee, bar (even when understandable)breakfast is no friend for vegans, but brought my own toppings ;)

Liked: Great location opposite the main station and close to other transport links. The room was good, the bed was comfortable. I liked the lounge area. They have laundry services. All staff were very friendly.
Disliked: I found breakfast to have quite limited options. They were out of coffee and there was nobody supervising when I went to eat. Also the bathroom was very small especially the sink, it was difficult to brush teeth and wash my face.

Liked: a stones throw from the train station. staff was able to move me to a lower bed due to my knee injury.
Disliked: washrooms are too small. I'm asian so even for me, I found the toilet and showers tight. claustrophobic to some maybe. lockers were broken as well but we didn't use it.
