Well, it could have been...

Liked: Location directly in alexanderplatz
Disliked: Lack of towels, dirty pillow, after spending the night in the hostel, I found a lot of bites on myself (possibly from bedbugs)

Liked: Generally rooms are good, bed was comfortable
Disliked: Too loud music in the lobby, you can barely here the check-in. The check-in process is cumbersome using some digital Software and writing on an iPad. The wifi in the first floor was unusable (weak signal, packet loss >60% and regular disconnects)
