Cute victorian experience, but probably...

Liked: I liked that it was located close to downtown. The cozy victorian vibe was cute and quaint. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: We were put in a room next to the busy street, so the noise at night was annoying, since the hotel wasn’t fully booked out. There was no hot breakfast (I get that it was the off season), but that would have been nice to know ahead of time, and maybe have a slight rate discount to reflect it, since that was a selling point on the website. For the price, I expected a little more.

Liked: Beautiful, very clean, well kept, great Durango location, great staff, lots of available self serve coffee, tea, water, hot water, easy to use ac, decorations to fit the design, easy parking, plenty of beautiful sitting and relaxing spaces. Lots of windows
Disliked: Not much light in parking lotStairs were not easy to manage with luggageElevator was a little tricky and small to manage but gorgeousDid not see a ramp to roll your suitcase up into the lobby (may have just missed it)

Liked: Great Location, very nice room , great shower and Super Friendly Staff. Our stay was top notch!
