Beautiful and comfortable place to...

Liked: Such a cool place that is very historic! Right in downtown Durango, can walk to all the amenities you need. The bed was very comfortable. The room was big enough even being an interior room. Very clean. The staff was super friendly and breakfast was good. Has free parking. Fun place to stay!

Liked: Very nice and beautiful hotel, the design is very thoughtful and puts you in the atmosphere of the town.The only thing I didn't like was that there was no window in the room and it wasn't mentioned on the website.

Great historic hotel in center...

Liked: The personel was very friendly, adding to the nice atmosphere in the historic hotel . The hotel is decorated to look old but still is crisp, a good combination of.
Disliked: The breakfast could have a bit more choice of fresh fruit and plain yoghurt

Liked: Very clean, spacious and comfortable accommodation. Great location for railway and exploring Durango. Close to numerous restaurants.Free tea, coffee and cookies was great. Lots of seating around hotel.Staff were very helpful and friendly
Disliked: Room very bright as only had nets and blinds which weren’t blackout. There were no curtains. As room had Veranda outside privacy could be a problem in warmer weather if blinds weren’t shut.Problems with TV.

Liked: The history. The hotel is kept up very good For as old as it is, everything was very clean Carpets were clean even in the elevator. We were impressed

Exceptional

Disliked: I was verbally and aggressively attacked by man hating lesbians. Throughout the entire night around the city. The hotel was great, but I was lucky to make it back there and not get thrown in jail for just being a white alpha male.
