Liked: Great location and everything you could think of was provided! Very clean, which is a huge priority for me.
Disliked: The hot tubs were great, but may have just had chemicals added, as the fumes stung everyone’s eyes. However, still better than being dirty!!

Liked: The property was just stunning with great facilities. Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay and wished we could have stayed longer here.

Liked: Chalets were well appointed next to the Lake. Facilities were Clean & Tidy, with a Lovely Treat of Goodies Left for us.Family enjoyed the Outdoor Space, Spa, Gym, & Deck Area.Loved the Lake Views.
Disliked: The Mattresses were all quite hard, too Firm.The Walkway When Wet was Very Slippery By the Gate going into the Pool, Gym Areas.Not Enough Toilet Paper for a Big Group of people.

We had a wonderful time...

Liked: Privacy, beautiful surroundings, location was ideal for us, plenty of room for a family of six needing 4 bedrooms.
Disliked: Not a thing to dislike.

Superb

Liked: We stayed for two nights in March.. There were 8 of us. 5 adults and 3 children. The lodge is an easy drive into Rotarua and in a fabulous location on the lake with free access to kayaks, BBQ, 2 hot tubs and a small pool. The children had a great time and the lake is really shallow so they were safe to go out quite far on the water. Lots of outdoor space and play areas. Welcome hamper of wine, biscuits, chocolates and sweets was a lovely touch. The big screen TV was also great for the kids as we had a rainy morning the second day .
Disliked: Nothing really. The house was quite snug for 8 and there was no ensuite bathroom. The outdoor pool is quite small but then there is a whole lake to swim in. It WAS expensive but as a special treat for the family it was worth it and the location is exceptional.
