Liked: Great stay. Bummed about the remodel. It was so nice before.
Disliked: The old design was much better. A bit too high priced for the quality. I've stayed at better hotels for much less at this time of year.

Liked: My room was cancelled but the manager came over and helped me and mother by giving us day passes to the pool area and extra to spend at the cafe. Michele Maousa was amazing and completely transformed my experience at the hotel.
Disliked: Our room was cancelled last minute.

Liked: We had room service for breakfast because we didn’t see any restaurants open for breakfast. Bed was comfortable and clean.
Disliked: The light above our shower leaked water. The staff did send someone to check on it and he was very polite. Just not something that should happen when you pay over 400 dollars for a room.

Disliked: Front desk night audit individual needs to stop assuming the guest isn’t savvy enough to know how bookings and reservations work. I’d have to say it came off rude.
