Not a good value for the dollar. Will not recommend to others. Had been there back in mid 1990s and it was awesome.

Disliked: Not enough food venues open for lunch on Tuesday or when returning from Opry on Tuesday evening.

Pretty place but too pricey...

Liked: It’s a pretty place and we loved the food.
Disliked: We are a family of 5 and were placed in a 2 queen bed room which was small for our family. Besides that everything is way too pricey. I paid 25 dollars for tenders and fries. Nothing is included in your room reservation. So the cost x value is not worthy.

Disliked: Rooms are small. Bathrooms are smaller. The room was half clean. Found food in a draw, bathroom shampoo, and conditioner was empty. I would stay outside of Gaylor next time and just visit. It's not worth the money to stay. It was our 22nd anniversary. Should have picked a better place.

Liked: It is an impressive resort - but the additional costs for things are extortionate (parking, 'Services Fee,' SoundWaves, the gondolas etc are all very, very expensive particularly given the cost of even Room Only).The included pools (not SoundWaves - with no discount for hotel guests or young children!) are lovely, both the indoor and outdoor ones.
Disliked: Very small rooms for the number of occupants.The additional costs for things are extortionate (parking, 'Services Fee,' SoundWaves, the gondolas etc are all very, very expensive particularly given the cost of even Room Only) - and apparenly the 'Services Fee' which is added at the end includes the "complimentary wi-fi," - no, the staff member didn't see the irony in calling it "complimentary" and then charging for it!
