The size of the room...

Liked: Location was good and it was a very quiet neighborhood.
Disliked: Not sure if there was an elevator to go up to the reception or it wasn't working so it was a bit hard to get to the reception area.

The best location!

Liked: Staff was nice and location was perfect!
Disliked: Walls are thin, therefore when one of the nights some guests were very noisy (I assume coming back from the bar as it was around 2am) and you could’ve heard them as they were in your room.

Disliked: considering New York is such a big city upon arrival the guest service manager didn't ask if we've been to New York previously, she could of gave us a nicer welcome. We paid for an early check in which they said the room should be ready between 11 & 12 which is fine, we came back and it wasn't ready till 1:00pm. One evening there were guests yelling in front of our door at 3:30am, considering there is a guest member onsite 24 hours this should be controlled. When we checked out I was so surprised that the staff member didn't even ask how was our stay.
