Liked: Owners were very friendly and accommodating. Location is convenient to University of Florida and reasonably priced. We have stayed to visit our son. Hitel is clean and offers a comfortable night’s rest.

The check-in process was easy.

Great, Safe Value.

Liked: Great Value. As a single woman, I felt very safe. Check-in was polite and professional. The room is dated. However, the location is very close to the hospital. Many inexpensive restaurants in the area. I believe Pancake House is across the street.
Disliked: Room was dated however at this price, that is to be expected. I just needed a safe, affordable space with a great location and this was it.

Liked: It looked nice from the outside and the staff at the front desk was pleasant.
Disliked: The rooms are very dark and the ceilings were very low. It looked like a polished turd. Very worn and dingy on the inside. The walls had some crusty stuff on them and the bed base also had some gross stuff on it.
