Great location on the main...
Liked: The location is the best. You simply park in their lot and you are in the heart of everything. No need to move your vehicle. The staff was very friendly. The rooms could be updated. Free breakfast included.

A nice comfortable place to...
Liked: We liked the history of the place and it’s centrally located for walking around the town. Breakfast included was ok. The rooms were ok, no small refrigerator though. Beds quite comfortable. Walls are rather thin so you could hear what’s going on somewhat. By 11:00 pm all was quiet. The shower was great.
Disliked: Nothing really.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I loved how close the hotel was to everything. I also enjoyed the history of the Gatlinburg Inn. If I had the chance I would be back in the future.

Cute place to stay close...
Liked: The location is perfect! And the staff were very friendly.
Disliked: The place is very dated. I understand that it's been around for a long time but I would suggest replacing the carpet and the flooring is bucked up making it super unlevel in places. But overall a decent place to stay if you wanna be walking g distance to everything on the strip.
