Liked: The convenience of location to our needs.
Disliked: Not being next to the kids room on ground floor as originally requested. Swimming pool and spa were not suitably clean to swim in.

A comfortable week at the...

Liked: Great location just off the M1 highway and only a couple of mins away from Monash University. Very comfortable spacious rooms. Laundry facilities and swimming pool. Plenty of free parking and very helpful staff. Breakfast also very pleasant.
Disliked: Would have liked breakfast time to be a little bit more flexible. It’s 7-9am everyday including weekends. 9.30am would be better. (Just our opinion).

Liked: Room was a little dated but very comfortable.
Disliked: Family violence incident in the next room for over 2 hours between 9pm and 11pm. Screaming and yelling, doors slamming. Called reception 5 times. No answer. Rang the phone number by landline, no answer. Had to call the police. Complained to manager the next day and was told I should have come down and rang the doorbell.
