Convenient location, terrible check-in and customer service

Liked: Location was very convenient for skiing and exploring. Short walk to River Run!
Disliked: The check-in process was the worst I've ever experienced. Upon arriving at the Lodge, there was no one there to assist with getting into my room. After calling the number listed in my booking confirmation and waiting on hold for 30 minutes, I was told that I needed to check in at a location a mile away (Keystone Condo Check-in building).
