Needs better management

Liked: Location is great, easy walk to many facilities and nature walks. Rooms were spacious and the jetted bath a treat.
Disliked: The mineral pool was out if service and no adjustments to the cost was given. The last time we stayed here the mineral pool was literally boiling hot. Disappointing they advertise it still and it's not open. Additionally there was a group of people loud throughout the night. Specifically around 3am. We couldn't reach anyone at the reception. The parking spots need to be allocated because the one in front of our room was taken and at midnight they turned in the car and woke us with their lights shining through the curtains.

Liked: It was close to the venue
Disliked: It was filthy and I had to clean it myself with disinfectant. Smelly. I want a refund - I could not stay there another night and left. It was a nightmare to stay there. It was not what is advertised. False advertising. KNOCK THE PLACE DOWN. IT WAS SOCIAL HOUSING. THE MANAGER SAID IT WAS NOT. AND THE PARKING HE TRIED TO MAKE ME PARK MY CAR IN THE NARROWIST OF SPACES - I DID NOT.

Disliked: I found heaps of cockroach everywhere, couldn't sleep properly bed was so uncomfortable had neck and back pains all night, it was very staffy and hot ,moist damage on the bathroom wall and the spa bath was dirty

Liked: Location was convenient
Disliked: The photos of the room showed that the spa wasn’t working, which was fair - but it didn’t show how disgusting the spa floor was. The room was also infested with cockroaches, and when I showed evidence to the worker and explained the situation, he said that cockroaches come out at night and reassured me that they clean it every day. The sink was rusty, and the window cills were covered in dust. The fridge had cockroaches both in and under it, and the fan in the room didn’t work at all, which was tough because the room was burning hot most of the time.
