Great hotel and great staff...

Liked: Location was perfect and the style and staff were excellent.
Disliked: No extra pillows in wardrobe. Also sockets for usb not available. And sockets were in always positions.

Unique design and very comfortable...

Liked: Amazing lobby, great exterior and interior design and I loved the indoor view from my room.
Disliked: The lobby was completely empty after 23:00

Beautiful stay in Hamburg!

Liked: Beautiful red brick building with great design inside. Great bar with fantastic cocktails. Very clean rooms and facilities with friendly staff.

The perfect choice for us....

Liked: We loved the location and found transport into the city centre cheap, reliable, convenient and easy. Our room was spacious, comfotable , spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. It was lovely to have two comfortable arm chairs to relax in and a desk to sit at and plan our next day's itinerary. The bathroom was very well equipped and clean. We loved the location and breakfast was excellent. A wide choice of beautifully prepared food. The only caveat would be that the coffee was mediocre. Overall outstanding in every respect.
Disliked: As mentioned previousl, the coffee served at breakfast did not match the outstanding food.

Liked: Modern, comfortable beds, nicely decorated room. It was perfectly situated for going to a concert at the Barclays arena.

The stay was comfortable, but...

Liked: The building is stunning, with a lovely fragrance of lilies greeting you at the entrance. The staff are warm and welcoming, and the room was spotless with a very comfortable bed. The weekend atmosphere was pleasantly quiet, which made for a more relaxing stay without too many guests around. There are plenty of cozy areas near the entrance to unwind and enjoy.
Disliked: The entrance doors are poorly designed, especially if you're arriving with large suitcases. The room layout is acceptable, but the placement of furniture and objects feels disorganized, which is disappointing compared to how it looks in the photos. For instance, there’s only one chair in the room for dining, despite it being a double room—an odd oversight. Additionally, several lamps were missing, leaving exposed light fixtures, and the bathroom door showed noticeable wear at the bottom.
