Liked: The location, in the center of Hersbruck town, the comfortable feel of the place, more of a country inn than a hotel, and the open area on the street for coffee and people watching
Disliked: Nothing specific, it was all very comfortable

Liked: Decent breakfast variety, but also nothing special. Hardly any dark bread or rolls, mainly plain rolls. Eggs, fruits, cereal, cheese, juice, etc.Super friendly staff.Amazing locating in the heart of hearsbruck.
Disliked: My room was right next to the hall way with the stair case. Heard every single person who came up the stairs to their room... As a light sleeper, this was not enjoyable. Also blackout curtains would be nice, so it's dark in the room at night, as there was a street lamp right outside across the window which stayed on all night. Bathroom smelled in the mornings, for some reason it appeared as if the heating caused the smell. When I turned it off, it the smell would disappear after a couple hours.

Liked: Always where we stay in Hersbruck! The breakfast buffet is excellent on the weekends but gets smaller as the week goes on. This is not a fried eggs and hash browns place. It's wurst, ham, cheeses, rolls/breads/cakes, fruit and muesli with coffee, tea, juices, etc.The restaurant is much improved, now managed by the owners' son, and deserves a visit. Always some wild game on the menu. Vegetarian too, if you like. Make a reservation! A bit pricey but worth it anyway. Breakfast included.
