Disliked: There are essentially NO outlets in the room to plug in a phone My wife found one open outlet to charge her phone and I didn't charge mine. The drain placement on the bathtub is just pain STUPID. It is placed so it's easy to step on it accidentally.

Our second and last stay...

Liked: For us the location is very good as we like to visit the Amish areas that surround the facility. The staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is convenient.
Disliked: The rooms are small and the walls extremely thin. The beds are very hard. The curtains do not fully close. The area under the microwave was covered with mold and mildew.

Nice stay, clean room.

Liked: Place was very clean and quiet.
Disliked: Our shower head was not working properly. Brought it to the attention of the staff.

Exceptional

Liked: The woman at the front desk, Teri, was outstanding. She answered all of our questions and treated my wife and I with great respect. We will be returning in November for my birthday. Teri is a true professional in the hotel business.
