Exceptional

Liked: I booked a stay last-minute when some plans changed. Opted for this above a TravelLodge or similar. It was marginally cheaper but has a bit more character. Staff dealt gracefully with a late check-in which is always appreciated. The room was an ample size, bed was comfortable and sockets were in sensible places. The shower was hot with good flow.The hotel has some open space out front with some tables - would be nice in the summer months.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about really. My only snag was that I forgot to ask for a wifi password before turning in for the night. It would have been helpful to have had that somewhere in the room but I couldn't find any trace of it.
